Dr. Imran Nathani
Dr. Imran Nathani is a graduate of Dow Medical College in Pakistan and completed his residency in Chicago at the Illinois Masonic Medical Center, affiliated with Rush Presbyterian Hospital.
Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Nathani has practiced in Houston since 1997. He treats patients 16 years and older. His clinical interests include chronic medical conditions, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, dementia, assisting patients in identifying their needs, and decisions regarding end-of-life care. He have served as chief of staff at Kindred Hospital for four years and Chief of Medicine at Tomball Hospital for several years, currently serving at Tomball as Chief of Staff elect.
Dr. Nathani’s practice philosophy is to help his patients any way he can, treating them as family. Friendship, he feels, is an important aspect of the doctor-patient relationship.
A resident of Spring, Dr. Nathani is married and the father of three children. Outside of his practice, he enjoys volunteering in community free clinic, organizing community education programs, traveling with family and sports.
Dr. Muhammad Irfan
Dr. Muhammad Irfan is a graduate of Dow Medical College in Pakistan and completed his residency at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He began practicing in South Texas in 1996 and has practiced in Houston since 2001.
Board certified in internal medicine and palliative medicine, Dr. Irfan’s clinical interests include diabetes, high blood pressure, and patients with complex, multiple medical problems. He treats patients 16 years old and up and speaks Urdu.
Dr. Irfan enjoys working with his patients, seeing himself as a friend who helps them with their medical problems and coordinates care with other physicians when referral to specialists is appropriate. Patients appreciate his honesty, trustworthiness, ready availability, and the fact that he sees patients in the hospital.
A resident of Spring, Dr. Irfan is married and the father of two. He enjoys running and spending time with his family, including playing with his two daughters.
Bina Saleh, AGNP
Ms. Bina Saleh is an adult and geriatric nurse practitioner. Her approach to patient care is holistic model which encompasses medicine, mental well being, nutrition, and exercise to treat body as a whole for chronic and acute illnesses. She strives to establish close and caring relationships with her patients so that her patients can develop a trusting bond that in turn helps her provide optimum care. Ms. Saleh sees patients in Tomball Family Medicine Clinic and local area nursing homes. With this model of complete circle of care, patients can be seen from clinic to hospital to skilled and long term nursing homes without interruptions of their primary care providers team.
As a resident of Spring, Tx, Ms. Bina Saleh feels strongly about community work and is involved in several local organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Amaanah, and Helping Hands. She is married and mother of three children which keeps her weekends busy with Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts activities. She enjoys camping, hiking, snorkeling and traveling abroad.

Lilia Rasul is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology nurse practitioner. She enjoys working with the adult and geriatric population since she joined healthcare in 1998 as a registered nurse. Having an ardent passion and vast clinical experience taking care of patients, she envisioned herself to work in an advanced role as a nurse practitioner. Her goal is to provide optimum healthcare to patients by delivering patient-centered care to enhance clinical outcomes with careful consideration to patient and family’s preferences and values. She deeply believes that incorporating patient’s desires along with clinical guidelines will steer into a promising strategy to help solve the patient’s medical problems. She strives to learn more about her patients so she can tailor her patient’s care plan and develop a meaningful and trusting relationship with them.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. She loves reading and cooking.
