Dr. Imran Nathani
Dr. Imran Nathani is a graduate of Dow Medical College in Pakistan and completed his residency in Chicago at the Illinois Masonic Medical Center, affiliated with Rush Presbyterian Hospital.
Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Nathani has practiced in Houston since 1997. He treats patients 16 years and older. His clinical interests include chronic medical conditions, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, dementia, assisting patients in identifying their needs, and decisions regarding end-of-life care. He has served as chief of staff at Kindred Hospital for four years and Chief of Medicine at Tomball Hospital for several years, currently serving at Tomball as Chief of Staff elect.
Dr. Nathani’s practice philosophy is to help his patients any way he can, treating them as family. Friendship, he feels, is an important aspect of the doctor-patient relationship.
A resident of Spring, Dr. Nathani is married and the father of three children. Outside of his practice, he enjoys volunteering in a community free clinic, organizing community education programs, traveling with family and sports.
Dr. Muhammad Irfan
Dr. Muhammad Irfan is a graduate of Dow Medical College in Pakistan and completed his residency at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He began practicing in South Texas in 1996 and has practiced in Houston since 2001.
Board-certified in internal medicine and palliative medicine, Dr. Irfan’s clinical interests include diabetes, high blood pressure, and patients with complex, multiple medical problems. He treats patients 16 years old and up and speaks Urdu.
Dr. Irfan enjoys working with his patients, seeing himself as a friend who helps them with their medical problems and coordinates care with other physicians when referral to specialists is appropriate. Patients appreciate his honesty, trustworthiness, ready availability, and the fact that he sees patients in the hospital.
A resident of Spring, Dr. Irfan is married and the father of two. He enjoys running and spending time with his family, including playing with his two daughters.

Nurse Practitioner
Lilia Rasul is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Serving humanity through healthcare with the adult-geriatric population is more than just her dream. It represents her dedication to people and families to advocate for life and protect the health, safety, and well-being of the community.
She strives to make every patient encounter to be a positive experience. Active listening, empathy, safety, and delivery of evidenced-based medical practice to each individual patient is her high priority. This gives her the ability to personalize her patient care plan and develop a compassionate and meaningful patient-provider relationship. At the end of each visit, she wants her patient to feel heard and properly cared for.
Outside the clinic and healthcare setting, she tries to explore other cultures by trying to make different kinds of food that her husband and children will enjoy. This gives them the opportunity to have deep connection with each other and appreciate various cultures and other people. She also loves to immerse herself in books and traveling.


Passion Bryant
Passion Bryant is board certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse practitioner and has been practicing at Family Diagnostic Clinic since 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Promotion from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida and later received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University. She was employed in Jacksonville, Fl as a Registered Nurse (RN)with licensure since 2011. She has worked as a RN in Medical-Surgical, Orthopedics, and Recovery care units before later pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She has a strong and diverse clinical background in health education and promotion, chronic disease and acute care management. Her focus is on patient-centered care driven, from a comprehensive approach with a focus in health education, disease prevention, and management.
In her spare she enjoys spending time with her husband of 9 years and 3-year old daughter while taking trips to Disney World.
